Who would have thought that a biscuit from the 18th century would become, three centuries later, the emblem of Champagne and particularly of the city of Reims in France? The Nuns of Saint Roger Abbey are very happy to perpetuate and share with you this French tradition. This delicious biscuit can also be dipped in champagne, sweet wine, or liqueurs or even be used to make a most original charlotte.
Ingredients: Organic wheat flour, organic egg white, organic evaporated cane juice, organic powdered evaporated cane juice, organic vanilla extract, baking powder (aluminum free), organic beet juice powder.
